  1. i had lunch 2 days ago at the burger king store #1177 and i spoke with the mgr of that store last week…to address the issue with the coke machine dispensing soda that had very low carbonation or something that was making the consistency of syrup…he said he checked the levels and said they were noraml…i had occasion to eat at the the bk in Rome NY … the same road as the rome walmart and the soda was fine…he said he would look into it…and just so you know he acted in in a very professional/concerned manner and just has maybe not got time to address it…i also just ate at the bk at the Onieda rest stop on the thruway next to the westmorland exit store #7335 yesterday and their coke was as it should be as well …..i eat fast food at bk very frequently…so if the could be fixed that would be great as i am having to bring in my own coke and paying for yours that is included in the meal price….p.s the store in Whitesboro has the same issue in addition there bathrooms smelled of sulfur as the bk on rt 5 in Onieda which i’m sure it is why i have gotten ill on the individual times i have eaten at those locations due to a chemical/environmental sensitivity i have which is why even tho i i can afford to i can only eat at at fast food places because of a garlic allergy that most restaurants have on there cooking surfaces even if you ask for no garlic…and the reason i eat at bk fresh toppings are actually FRESH instead Mc Donalds as there fish is substandard and greasy and the topping are not as fresh tasting and Wendy took fish of their menu and neither offer military discount which bk does

  3. My family and I stopped at the BK here in Tehachapi California and in short it sucks! The customer service was awful and I had to make several trips to the counter to get things that should have been put on our tray to start with. Like our kids drinks, ketchup,etc. It was clean though I can say that much but they need to really work on the customer service. I am more than dissatisfied.

  4. I visited the Burger King in Boise Idaho and there service is absolutely fantastic! They may be slow sometimes but they always get our orders right! They have a wonderful and clean environment! They have a very respectful staff team. I definitely recommend coming to this Burger King on Broadway!

  5. I stop at BK in Centerville GA, the line was wrap around the store. It take over 15 minutes to service one customer. Customers had to keep leaving line. I observed worker coming outside on smoke break and laughin when the see how customers waiting. We I finally get my order 40 minutes later, I asked who the manager to she said I’M Desiree, I told her I will let the district manager about the situation tonight. She slam the window shut in my face.

  6. Stopped at the bk at the hickory run plaza on the pa. Turnpike and was greatly disappointed. The time was 1:15 p.m.. There was a large table full of packaged bulk candies in front of the sales counter. Is this a candy shop or a burger joint? Parents w/ children were having a hard time keeping the kids away. There was only one register open, twenty five people in line, fifteen people waiting, and only one person assembling sandwiches. The wait was approximately 23 minutes to get served one chicken sandwich,one burger, small French fry. Not what you would consider “fast” food. Not a good experience.

  7. Store #3677 St.Peters, MO is a very dirty store ( the floor was sticky, counter had stains where something was spilled, trash on floor. We ordered Crispy Chicken and a Whopper with fries. The food was cold and tasted bad. The guy who took our order greeted us with his dining room closes in 3 minutes. We wanted a to go order. Not a good experience. We will not be going back to Burger King.
